Our young people are challenged in ways that we could not imagine 25 years ago. They are in need of direction and mentorship from caring adults to assist them in finding their own place in the world. Our world is in dire need of the gifts that young ones have to share, and it is up to us to create a framework of real life learning (not staring at a screen) and growth.

How Your Donation Helps

Meredith Project provides the opportunity for young adults to understand the value of hard work and learn hands-on, practical skills that will provide a lifetime of benefits. The self esteem that comes from mastering a skill, learning to work as a team, developing the strength and focus to overcome the challenges that life offers, are all things that cannot be taught digitally. All of this and more will be done in a close community of committed staff and volunteers who value and accept the students for who they are. Your generous gift provides building materials, tools, scholarships and more to our growing group of young people. The ocean will continue to be the “mother teacher” in all that we do.
